Deep depth propulsion support! Small diameter long-distance curved propulsion (slurry method one-step process)

Leave the construction of long-distance and sharp curves in small-diameter tunneling to the jet method! 《Presenting a collection of construction achievements!》

The JET method is a type of thrust construction method that excavates pipelines for sewage, water supply, gas, and electricity using a small shield machine. It is a groundbreaking technique that allows for small diameter, long-distance, sharp curves, and deep excavation. With this JET method technology, the amount of excavation from the ground is minimized, resulting in reduced noise and dust associated with construction, as well as minimal road occupation. Since the measurements are taken from the underground using CCD camera sensors from the launch shaft, they are not affected by buried objects, electric wires, or tracks. Measurements can be taken without being influenced by external factors such as under rivers, beneath railway tracks, under busy roads, and deep soil cover. 【Features】 - Supports deep thrust excavation - Simple structure and easy handling - Three-dimensional traverse surveying using high-resolution CCD camera sensors - Roll conveyor rail (patented) - Capable of handling a wide range of soil types For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Long-distance curved propulsion method "Bell Method"

Achieving long-distance curved propulsion! Proposing a reduction in lifecycle costs through the longevity of sewer pipelines.

The "Bell Method" allows for long-distance pushing of up to 250 meters even with low-strength pipes, as it is not limited by the allowable thrust extension like conventional methods. By equipping the tunneling machine with two directional correction devices, it enables multiple curved thrusting up to 60R. If unexpected obstacles are encountered during tunneling, it can be retracted and tunneling can proceed along a detour alignment. Additionally, this method achieves long-distance and curved thrusting with PVC pipes, contributing to the longevity of sewer pipelines. 【Features】 ■ Long-distance thrusting and curved thrusting ■ Response to obstacles ■ Shortened construction period ■ Increased lifespan ■ Earthquake resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Small-diameter long-distance curved propulsion (slurry method project) "JAT method"

Leave the construction of long distances and sharp curves in small-diameter propulsion to the jet method!

The "JAT Method" is a thrusting method that enables long-distance and sharp curve construction in small-diameter thrusting. Instead of measurements from the ground, it uses a CCD camera sensor for underground surveying from the starting pile, which means it is not affected by buried objects, electric wires, or tracks. The method for curve measurement involves inserting multiple CCD camera sensors into the pipe and measuring targets located at the front and back of the machine with the CCD camera sensors. The image information sent from the sensors is processed by a PC on the ground to quickly calculate the discrepancies between the plan and the construction. [Features] ■ Compatible with deep thrusting ■ Simple structure and easy handling ■ Three-dimensional traverse surveying using high-resolution CCD camera sensors ■ Roll conveyor rail (patented) ■ Capable of handling a wide range of soil types *For more details, please refer to the PDF or feel free to contact us.
